Pink Lemonade Cookies



1 pouch Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix

1/2 cup softened butter

1/4 cup all purpose flour

1/4 cup frozen (thawed) pink lemonade concentrate

Pink Lemonade Frosting:

1/4 cup softened butter

2 cups powdered sugar

3 to 4 tablespoons frozen (thawed) pink lemonade concentrate

Heat oven to 375

Bake 9-11 minutes and remove from cookie sheet after 1 minute, cool completely (20 minutes)

In a medium bowl, mix 1/4 cup butter, powdered sugar and 3 to 4 tablespoons lemonade concentrate with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth.  Add remaining 1 tablespoon concentrate, 1 teaspoon at a time, if needed for desired consistency.  Frost cookies.  Makes 2 dozen cookies.
